Gull Pond Road Wellfleet Rental Housing is a small, six-unit rental development in Wellfleet, MA. The site is a high elevation, wooded site located adjacent to other residential neighborhoods, close to the downtown area, the elementary school and the community healthcare facility, and within easy reach of Route 6. It is in close proximity to the recreational opportunities, wonderful ponds, and ocean beaches of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
The 6 dwellings are designed to reflect the scale of residential buildings in Wellfleet and to respond to the topography of this sloped wooded site. The development will has 3 two-bedroom homes and 3 one-bedroom homes to serve the affordable housing needs of the year-round population.
Construction began in December 2016 and occupancy was complete in January 2018.
