CHR is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a development and operation contract by The Town of Truro and the Truro Housing Authority for its new Affordable Rental Housing Project.  This new development will consist of 14 affordable rentals and is located behind the Truro Public Library, on what will be named Sally's Way 

Funded through the Mass. Department of Housing and Community Development Pilot Suburban Rental Program, and the Mass. Housing Partnership Permanent Plus, which is designed to foster smaller-scale rental development in suburbs and smaller towns.

 Regulatory review process continues at this time.  Construction anticipated to begin October 2008, with occupancy anticipated April 2010.  Watch this space for more details.
