Ted formed CHR in 1996 after many years of work in affordable housing across the country.  He was awarded the 2004 Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing from the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation.  In September 2007, Ted received the Gwen Pelletier Award for Excellence in Community Service to the Lower Cape Community from the Lower Cape Cod Community Development Corporation.

AJ joined CHR in 2005 and is responsible for property and landscape maintenance.  AJ is the Vice-Chair of the Provincetown Community Housing Council and has been a long-time affordable housing advocate.

The voice at the end of the phone for those who need housing, Khristine has been a year-round resident of Provincetown since 1980. For most of that time she was a grassroots housing advocate/activist, before joining CHR in 2000. She has been on the Board of Directors of the Lower Cape Cod Community Development Corporation, and is a long-time volunteer at the Cape End Manor.

Pam joined CHR in 2004 and is responsible  for the supervision of property and preventative maintenance, the coordination of resident selection process, leasing and compliance monitoring and reporting, and resident relations.  She has lived in Provincetown for over 25 years and has been a staunch advocate for affordable housing during her time here.

Jim joined CHR in 2003, and previously was the Executive Director of the AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod.  Jim has designed this website, oversees marketing and sales of our market-rate homes, and assists with the planning and development of new projects.  Jim is the Chair of the Provincetown Human Services Committee.

Monica Stubner

Construction Manager

Monica has been with CHR since 2001 and oversees construction of all new developments and renovation projects.  As a licensed Construction Supervisor, Monica's responsibilities include design and planning, construction scheduling, contract review and adherence, AIA requisitions, sub-contractor hiring and supervision, and project budgeting.
